DMI Rotterdam fuel injection equipment is manufactured:

 Examples of such custom built machinery include:
• computer controlled three dimensional drilling centres to ensure the exact alignment of cooling, needle and atomiser holes
• spark erosion machines that produce the radiused infernal configurations in atomiser spray holes

DMI Rotterdam has an exclusive distribution agreement with the leading French manufacturer which is a supplier to major OEMs. Components are manufactured by skilled operators using a range of the most modern equipment which is essential to obtain the necessary and extremely fine tolerances.

RECONDITIONING SERVICES

In a number of cases DMI Rotterdam's equipment incorporates novel combinations of base materials, surface coatings and design configurations. Stellite atomisers for MAN - B&W MC. Sulzar RTA and the latest Mitsubishi UEC engine types are manufactured.

DMI Rotterdam also provides reliable fuel equipment reconditioning services. In general, DMI Rotterdam has found that about 90% of worn items can be rebuilt to original dimensions and tolerances with huge savings for customers. Reconditioning services include:

  • reconditioning of fuel valves and fuel nozzles for main and auxiliary engines
  • reconditioning of Bosch type line pumps
  • reconditioning of Sulzer fuel pump blocks including the latest RTA types 
  • reconditioning of plunger and barrels by replacing with new plungers (no limit in size)
  • test facilities for all fuel equipment including the latest RTA fuel valves, MC fuel valves and L'Orange and Bosch type line pumps. 
IN SITU ADJUSTMENT AND CALIBRATION

DMI Rotterdam can arrange for experienced personnel to undertake on board adjustments and calibration of fuel pumps for main and auxiliary engines in ports in Belgium and the Netherlands.

  DMI Rotterdam can supply the most comprehensive range of fuel injection equipment available for all large two-stroke and four-stroke diesel engines.

 

  Large stocks are held in Rotterdam and are distributed worldwide. Stock items include fuel nozzles, stellite atomisers, needles and guides and circulation valves of the latest designs for MAN - B&W. Sulzer and Mitsubishi slow speed engines and for numerous European and Japanese medium speed engines. Plungers and barrels of up to 33mm in diameter arc manufactured.

MAN-B&W 

  Fuel equipment for EF, GFCA and MC type main engines and for most MAN-B&W auxiliary engines is usually available ex slock.

SULZER

  Fuel equipment for RND, RLA. RLB and RTA type main engines including the complete 'flat tip' and 'two-part' ranges with stellite atomisers for RTA engines and for most Sulzer auxiliary engines is usually available ex stock.
